Various diversity and inclusion initiatives are undertaken throughout the CSU system to foster an inclusive campus environment for all students. These include cultural competency training for faculty/staff, recruitment programs for underrepresented groups, scholarships for diverse student populations, and creating safe spaces for dialogue and understanding.
