This program assigns a dedicated guidance counselor or social worker called a "shepherd" to each student from grades 6 through 12 in selected high-need schools across the city. The shepherd provides personalized support, academic guidance, and socio-emotional counseling to help students navigate challenges and stay on track towards graduation.
