SYVPI is a comprehensive approach aimed at reducing youth violence in Seattle neighborhoods most affected by it. The initiative combines prevention programs with intervention strategies to provide at-risk youth with alternatives to violence through mentorship programs, job training opportunities, educational support services, and community engagement activities.
