In collaboration with Delta Air Lines, this program aims to provide a streamlined path for qualified candidates to transition from regional airline flying to mainline careers at Delta. P3 participants gain valuable experience flying as first officers at SkyWest while receiving mentorship and support throughout their journey towards joining Delta's pilot ranks.
