In an effort to encourage interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields among young students, Thomas & Betts has established a STEM education outreach program. Through this initiative, the company collaborates with schools and educational institutions to provide resources, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on learning experiences for students interested in pursuing careers in STEM.
