This initiative focuses on promoting diversity and inclusion at VCU by creating an inclusive campus environment that values all individuals regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability status. The Division for Inclusive Excellence develops programs and initiatives that foster equity in education and employment opportunities while enhancing cultural competency among faculty, staff, and students.
